1963 Capital acquired by SUMITOMO CORPORATION
1969 Merged with NISHIMURA BOUEKI CO., LTD. into SUMISHO SENI CO., LTD
July 1982 Company name changed to SUMISHO TEXTILE CO., LTD.
March 1987 TOKYO SUMISHO TEXTILE CO., LTD. founded
separately as a 100% subsidiary of SUMITOMO CORPORATION
April 1995 Acquired SUMISHO SENI BOEKI CO., LTD.
Company name changed to SUMISHO SENI CO., LTD. Headquarters relocated to Osaka.
April 2000 Acquired SUMISHO TEXTILE CO. LTD.
